Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations for assigned patients, considering their mental health history, presenting concerns, and ongoing needs.
• Facilitate individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for treatment, maintaining consistent communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Implement and promote trauma-informed care strategies that support the emotional and psychological recovery of clients.
• Ensure a safe and efficient therapeutic environment by adhering to facility policies and programmatic procedures, including documentation and maintenance of case notes.
• Foster a collaborative work atmosphere through effective communication and shared problem-solving with colleagues, leading to a positive organizational culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse clientele with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. You will work with individuals, couples, and families, offering support and strategies for managing their emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic frameworks and ethical practices, ensuring a high standard of care is met.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries while establishing a strong therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at documenting clinical notes and treatment plans accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in providing therapeutic services and managing clinical documentation, including treatment plans and case notes.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, particularly within a community health setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing patient data and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
