This remote full-time position operates in a fast-paced, telehealth setting, where you will conduct sessions over digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: You will lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share experiences, support one another, and learn effective coping strategies.
• Individual Therapy: You will provide personalized, empathetic therapy sessions aimed at exploring clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Your goal will be to help them develop actionable coping strategies and create tailored action plans that resonate with their individual needs.
• Therapy Planning: Collaborating closely with clients, you will design customized therapy programs that align with their specific goals and preferences, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilizing various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms, you will track and analyze client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), providing services to young adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and resilience-building issues. Your role will be integral in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their mental health journey.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marital and family therapy.
• Active and valid LPC license to provide therapeutic services.
• Proven experience working with clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, particularly those with mental health concerns.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a commitment to fostering positive change within the community.
• Proficiency in diverse therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

Preferred Experience

We value hands-on experience in telehealth settings and familiarity with online therapy applications. Experience in program development and community outreach initiatives is also beneficial, as we seek to enhance our engagement with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Your annual salary will range from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package:
