Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to gauge clients' substance use histories and mental health conditions, identifying key areas for intervention.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs, blending strategies for addiction recovery with approaches for underlying mental health issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians and social workers, to ensure seamless continuity of care and integrated support.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, providing resources and guidance to enhance their understanding and engagement.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults facing challenges related to substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health conditions, such as anxiety or depression. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique recovery journeys. Your role is pivotal in helping them navigate their treatment pathways, fostering resilience and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated specialized training or experience in addiction counseling or substance abuse treatment.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your dedication to supporting clients will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , based on your experience and credentials.
