Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique history and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant frameworks.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and resources during critical moments.

• Maintain complete and accurate client documentation, including treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports, in alignment with ethical regulations and professional guidelines.

• Collaborate with a range of professionals—from psychiatrists to social workers—to ensure a holistic approach to client care, integrating various perspectives and expertise.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health matters, treatment strategies, and community resources, ensuring they are empowered to make informed decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will be diverse, consisting of individuals from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will be responsible for tailoring interventions to meet the specific circumstances and needs of each client, helping them navigate their unique challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
