Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health needs, symptoms, and additional support requirements.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver compassionate and structured individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, emphasizing accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person visits.

Qualifications\n

• Current, valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with clients and understand their unique challenges.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation requirements.
