Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy to clients experiencing emotional and social distress, drawing on proven psychotherapy techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, clients, and their families to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to meet specific needs.

• Conduct clinical consultations both in crisis and non-crisis situations to support clients effectively.

• Manage the training and documentation process for interns and trainees, ensuring compliance with university requirements, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

• Oversee and participate in intern performance evaluations, retention processes, and the corrective action protocol, maintaining comprehensive records as needed.

• Coordinate with intake teams and clinical supervisors to review intern caseloads and address any emerging issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate client records within the AWARDS electronic health record system to ensure compliance with agency policies and funding requirements.
\n
• Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of clinical program objectives to enhance service delivery standards.
\n
• Engage in programmatic reporting and attend mandatory training and meetings to foster an informed and compliant team environment.

• Ensure that the work environment remains neat and safe, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at our hospice center, you will work primarily with adult patients and their families facing end-of-life issues. You will provide emotional support, grief counseling, and resource navigation to clients undergoing significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
