Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans, including clearly defined goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive treatment approach and optimal client outcomes.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide risk assessments and safety planning as needed, ensuring the well-being of all clients in emergency situations.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Introduce and lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to enhance clients' understanding of mental health topics and encourage peer support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work with a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral health challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of the social determinants of health, as well as sensitivity to cultural, socioeconomic, and individual differences that impact mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.
