Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. As an integral member of our community-oriented facility, you will deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-focused nursing care to individuals and families in Cass County and nearby regions.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments.
• Design and implement personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless care.
• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and self-care techniques.
• Advocate for patient needs while honoring cultural, emotional, and spiritual preferences.
