As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in accordance with departmental requirements and state standards. You will collaborate with healthcare providers and the care team to deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." Additionally, you will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization's vision and values to ensure exceptional patient experiences and positive clinical outcomes.

• Evaluate the patient's condition upon admission and during each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.
• Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the patient's medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient responses, and take appropriate actions in case of adverse reactions.
• Deliver outstanding care by responding quickly to patient requests, anticipating needs, and resolving issues proactively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up care, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terms.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of starting employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of starting employment.
• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse.
