Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager or Director, you will coordinate and deliver preoperative testing and education. Your responsibilities will include collecting health histories, managing appropriate orders, obtaining results, and maintaining medication lists. Nursing care will be provided in alignment with hospital policies, state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice, and relevant unit structure standards, including ASPAN Standards of care when applicable.

• Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with either an ADN or BSN degree.
• Licensure/Certifications: A current RN license from the Kansas Board of Nursing or an active compact license is required.
• BLS Certification: Must have Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross upon hire.
• Experience: Relevant clinical experience is necessary, with a preference for at least one year in Medical Surgical settings.
