Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Zeeland that are seeking Bookkeepers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including tax filings.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile with physical counts.
• Prepare and submit sales tax returns.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP Business One) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Experience with inventory management and cost accounting in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accurately and efficiently.
