As a member of the Global Logistics CVO (Company Vehicle Operations) Team, the Office Coordinator is responsible for assigning and disposing of company-owned vehicles to ensure the appropriate flow of inventory based on the currently provided parameters set by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) client.
Salary Overview: The pay rate for this role starts at $19.50 per hour based on experience.
Hours: The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
Office Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
- Update company systems.
- Communicate with executives via phone and email.
- Process systems and paperwork for vehicles. Process systems and manual paperwork for vehicle deliveries.
- Problem-solving and assisting with driver inquiries.
- Conducting daily title and registration transactions.
- Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service's DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
Office Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:
- A high school diploma/GED.
- 1 year of previous customer service experience.
- Base PC skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving ability.
- Excellent organizational skills, yet flexible to accomplish objectives that are often subject to change.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
- Must have superior attendance and be prompt and reliable.

- This position is performed in an office setting. Applicants must be okay with sitting for extended periods.
