Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while contributing to a meaningful cause. You will utilize telehealth technologies, including secure video conferencing platforms, to conduct sessions and interact with clients. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the needs, strengths, and goals of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, helping to inform individual treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to effectively support client recovery.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, employing suitable therapeutic modalities to address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Lead group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community support and shared experiences among clients in similar recovery journeys.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support, assisting patients during acute substance-related emergencies with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Strong understanding of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and principles of recovery-oriented care.

• Proven experience providing both individual and group therapy specifically in an addiction treatment context.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to client interactions and a demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with additional performance-based bonuses.
