Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new patients, developing tailored treatment plans during admission that reflect their unique needs.

• Provide utilization reviews to insurance companies, ensuring timely authorization by supplying detailed clinical information.
\n
• Maintain robust communication with family members, returning all calls and emails promptly—within two hours during operational hours and within 24 hours otherwise—to support loved ones in the therapeutic process.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department to address authorization and payment matters, ensuring smooth transitions in care.
\n
• Participate actively in discharge planning, beginning assessments during admission and confirming follow-up appointments to facilitate comprehensive client transitions post-treatment.
\n
• Manage crisis situations effectively, providing guidance and support to both patients and milieu staff, thereby enhancing the quality of care provided.
\n
• Ensure clinical documentation is meticulously completed at the time of service, adhering to organizational policies and standards.
\n
• Build and maintain therapeutic rapport with clients and their families, assessing risk factors diligently to ensure safety during therapy sessions.
\n
• Collaborate with the treatment team, joining weekly meetings to review and refine patient goals and provide support when needed.
\n
• Engage in community outreach, representing the clinic during programs and tours aimed at fostering awareness of mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon or the state where you reside is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing a varied caseload while collaborating with healthcare providers and support staff.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and education. Our benefits package includes:
