Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Providing evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, tailored to the needs of clients dealing with substance use and mental health issues.

• Conducting thorough initial and ongoing assessments to establish clients' mental health statuses and evolving needs.

• Formulating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that each plan reflects their personal goals and objectives.

• Actively participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings, sharing insights to enhance overall treatment approaches and client care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current, active license in good standing from the Board of Behavioral Science as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Proven clinical skills, particularly in working with individuals facing substance use disorders and related mental health challenges.
