Title: BSA / Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Remote

- Requirements gathering, documentation, and user story authoring in a Salesforce context
- Process mapping, gap analysis, and current-state / future-state documentation
- Stakeholder management across business| product| and engineering teams UAT planning| facilitation| and defect triage oversight
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud| Experience Cloud| or PRM processes
- Proficiency with Jira or similar project tracking tools
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification
- Experience in partner operations| channel sales| or alliance programs
- Familiarity with agile delivery| sprint planning| and backlog grooming
- Ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements
