Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring comprehensive assessments and evaluations are completed.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using a variety of methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance holistic client care, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually is complemented by a performance-based bonus structure, allowing for recognition of your hard work and dedication.
