Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical capabilities, mobility limitations, and overall health conditions to inform treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and cater to specific rehabilitation objectives, considering each patient's unique situation.
• Deliver hands-on therapy involving manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to enhance recovery and improve physical function.
• Utilize Raintree software to accurately document evaluations, treatment progress, and updates, while maintaining compliance with clinic and regulatory policies.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and their family members regarding rehabilitation goals, home exercise regimens, and prevention techniques to ensure continuity of care.
• Evaluate patient progress over time and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will interact with a diverse range of patients seeking rehabilitation services post-surgery, injury, or due to chronic pain. Your expertise will greatly assist those recovering from orthopedic procedures, sports injuries, and general mobility challenges. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a nationally accredited program is required.
• Current active licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years of outpatient experience is preferred, we welcome enthusiastic new graduates who are eager to learn and grow.

Compensation and Benefits
