Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with adult clients as well as couples and families, focusing on their unique dynamics.

• Evaluate and assess clients with varying needs, including but not limited to issues related to alcohol abuse, grief, and conflicts among family members.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific psychological and emotional challenges faced by each client.

• Engage in sessions that may involve psychoeducation about key topics—such as communication skills and coping strategies—to enhance family interactions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide families through difficult transitions, such as divorce or the blending of families.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.

Your therapeutic focus will encompass a diverse client base, including couples facing relational difficulties, families dealing with conflict, and individuals experiencing life transitions. You will work with:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
