Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients to encourage open communication and foster therapeutic relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current LMFT license to practice in California.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling preferable.

• Proven therapeutic and counseling skills along with the ability to motivate and inspire clients toward improvement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year, complemented by a $3,000 sign-on bonus. In addition to a rewarding salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
