Daycare Administrator

Job Description

Looking for an organized and flexible individual who is good with paperwork and office management. This job is for 20-30 hours a week and is semi remote. The DaVinci Outdoor Learning School has three locations (Falmouth, Freeport, Pineland Farms) and is in need of an individual who can:

- Manage emails, mail, and phone calls

-Manage families onboarding, billing, paperwork

- Keep company and staff files up to date and in legal order

- Manage the staff calendar and inquiries

- Communicate with vendors, the state etc.

- Keeping the office tidy and well maintained

- Helping take basic attendance specifically for our summer camp during 7 weeks in the summer.

Company Description

DaVinci is a daycare and summer camp with multiple locations in the Southern Maine area. We are a great childcare facility dedicated to providing quality care to children and hiring quality staff members. We believe in play based learning with curriculums based on special interests of the children. Through plenty of outdoor time, healthy meal plans, great teachers, and wonderful curriculums, we pride ourselves on unique and high value childcare programs.
