As an Insurance Account Representative for Nate Nguon Ins and Fin Svc Inc - State Farm Agency (Tustin, CA), you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Job: On-site office Location (Tustin, CA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• License Required: Personal line or P&C or willing to get License

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
