Veterinary Client Service Representative Location: Lynnwood, WA Schedule: Full-time, Sunday–Tuesday 3:30 PM–6:00 AM The Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is a 24‑hour emergency and critical‑care specialty hospital. Experience & Skills Required Excellent communication skills Strong teamwork and independent work abilities Impeccable customer service skills Multitasking ability Positive attitude Typing speed of 60–80 words per minute Experience in a veterinary clinic preferred Job Overview Answer phone calls, differentiate routine and emergency cases, and schedule appointments. Greet clients, admit and check out patients, and process payments. Manage financial information and communicate between clients and staff. Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient customer experience while handling multiple tasks amid interruptions. Maintain composure and compassion during emergency situations and patient handling. Create a warm first and last impression for clients, upholding the quality of care offered.
