Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to reach and support our patients where they are most comfortable. You will engage in a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on the unique needs of your clients. Our electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms facilitate seamless communication among the care team and ensure that patient data is managed securely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly patients, considering their cognitive, emotional, and social challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances of each patient, including changes in cognition or physical health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, with a focus on geriatric populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
