Software Engineer AI Research

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 3+ years of applied experience.
• We need practical experience building infrastructure as code, ideally with Terraform.
• We expect hands-on experience in application development, testing, and maintaining operational stability.
• We seek advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages, with a strong emphasis on Python.
• We require expertise in automation and continuous integration, delivery, and testing (CI/CD/CT) practices.
• We need a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Model Development Life Cycle (MDLC).
• We expect a strong grasp of agile methodologies and basic familiarity with architectural frameworks.
• We want demonstrated experience in platform development and technical processes within a technical domain such as cloud, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.

• We develop software applications for AI/ML platforms and build Generative AI applications, including agents, with a strong focus on Python.
• We use creative problem-solving to design, develop, and troubleshoot technical solutions, going beyond conventional approaches to address complex challenges.
• We stay interested in and familiar with agent-based programming, especially the latest techniques.
• We proactively identify opportunities to streamline, remove, or automate recurring issues and developer pain points.
• We use CI/CD to deliver public and private cloud platforms and work with experimentation environments such as Jupyter Notebooks.
• We collaborate closely with Data Scientists and AI Researchers to turn experiments into more robust, scalable, production-grade applications.
