Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify challenges and formulate effective treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Blooming Minds, our therapists serve a diverse clientele, with a focus on individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. We provide support to various age groups and backgrounds, ensuring that our services are inclusive and accessible. Nearly all of our services are offered remotely, which increases our reach within the Spokane area and beyond.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Prior experience in a community health environment is highly desirable.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in providing mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Blooming Minds offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. We provide our therapists with a robust benefits package that includes:
