Work Environment

The working hours are structured from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a work-life balance that promotes productivity and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries within our rehabilitation facility, employing detailed assessments to understand each patient's unique needs.
• Establish and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities including exercise regimens, stretching techniques, and hands-on interventions aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing mobility.
• Regularly track and document patient progress, treatment responses, and goal achievements to ensure optimum recovery outcomes.
• Continuously assess treatment efficacy and adapt plans as necessary, ensuring that patients are on the path to recovery and can meet their individualized therapeutic goals.
• Equip patients with assistive devices for daily living and mobility, while offering intensive training to them and their families in proper usage and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain a high level of professional development by attending workshops, engaging with educational resources, and participating in professional societies to stay updated with the latest in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
