Role Description The Business Development Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Princeton, NJ. In this position, the individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support revenue growth for SENSAN BIOSCIENCES. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions. The role also involves managing a pipeline of prospects, negotiating terms, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular updates and insights to leadership. The Business Development Lead will work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate agreements, and build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation experience to develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and new business opportunities. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure responsive, professional support and a positive client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle. Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset. Experience in business development, sales, or account management within clinical research, healthcare, or related industries is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
