Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Metro Psychotherapy, you will primarily support school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. This role emphasizes early intervention strategies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, behavior problems, and trauma. You will be tasked with creating a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, which is crucial for fostering emotional resilience and improving academic performance.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Oregon LCSW license with the ability to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
