Your clients will consist of stable adults who have undergone careful screening to ensure a consistent and manageable workload. You can expect to work with clients who have low acuity issues, allowing you to provide focused and effective therapeutic interventions. Clients are matched according to your expertise and preferences, making for a synergistic therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted licensure from the state of California as a: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  \n
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• A strong commitment to ethical practice, with no disciplinary actions against your license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

You can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, adjusted according to your scheduled hours. Additional benefits include:
