Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health concerns, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and adapting treatment methods as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate access to teletherapy for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring consistent support regardless of physical location.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, promoting accountability and transparency in client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training, workshops, and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of emerging practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our counselors are encouraged to use their expertise to create individualized treatment plans that consider each client's unique background, strengths, and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
