Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description As our Accounts Payable Specialist , you’ll be responsible for: Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice review, verification, data entry, and weekly check runs Administering company credit cards (issuing, tracking, compliance, and reconciliation) Year end 1099 processing Recording and monitoring ACH payments and cash account activity Performing monthly reconciliations, including postage, donations, and assigned general ledger accounts Managing petty cash and serving as backup support for cash receipts processing Assisting with annual audit preparation and document retrieval Collaborating across departments to maintain strong internal and external relationships Supporting additional accounting tasks as needed to keep the team running smoothly Qualifications Associate’s degree in accounting, bookkeeping, business administration, or equivalent 1+ years’ experience processing accounts payable in a similar environment Prior experience with Sage 100 software Strong Excel skills – pivot tables, x-lookup, conditional formatting Excellent organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail with the ability to meet recurring deadlines A positive, professional approach to teamwork and customer service Continuous improvement mindset Ability to work in office in Roseville, CA daily This job announcement is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this role.
