Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment for clients to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies.

• Document client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining up-to-date clinical records while ensuring confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Optimal Mental Health Solutions, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Our clients often come to us with limited access to traditional mental health resources, making your role vital in providing them with the care and support they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and availability of caseload.
