Business Development Representative – Boston, MA West Coast Wound & Skin Care is seeking a Business Development Representative for Boston, MA. This is a field sales position, not remote. What we offer Automobile allowance Entertainment allowance Paid time off Comprehensive health benefits package Generous 401(k) matching program Job Responsibilities Develop referral relationships throughout assigned sales territory Schedule and conduct educational in‑services Provide highest level of customer service Participate in regular team meetings to review business development goals and progress Contribute to a strong company culture Qualifications 3‑to‑5 years of successful sales experience with healthcare facilities, physicians, home health, hospice, and other healthcare related entities Strong interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and manage a large sales territory Familiarity with post‑acute sales environment, specifically wound care services Strong business and sales acumen Requirements Must have reliable means of transportation and ability to spend most of the time traveling throughout assigned sales territory.
