Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of clients.

• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, other healthcare professionals, and client support systems, including families and guardians, regarding client progress and treatment adjustments.

• Provide a well-organized schedule for appointments, home visits, and follow-up sessions to effectively manage client care.
\n
• Coordinate in-home assessments and observations to enhance treatment plans, involving chart reviews and collaborative interviews.

• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other collaborative sessions to align on client goals and treatment strategies.

• Compile and document monthly and quarterly progress notes that reflect client developments and therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Lead training sessions to educate staff on the program's implementation and ensure proficiency in documentation practices.
\n
• Provide ongoing support through follow-up meetings and home visits to reassure clients of continued care.

• Serve as a liaison to the public and the mental health community, nurturing relationships that enhance service delivery and community outreach.

• Collaborate to refine procedures for training materials aimed at program improvement and staff development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse group of clients spanning various demographics, including adults and youth. You will address a wide array of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted Clinical Professional Counselor license in the state of Maryland.
