Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Bi-Lingual Administrative Assistant ( English/Spanish ) to join our team at a boutique law firm. You will perform duties as a legal assistant and administrative functions in English and Spanish. Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other documents using templates. Draft and file pleadings through the Court's e-portal Coordinate and Schedule Court Hearings Make calls on client files. Plan and schedule appointments and events Answer and return inbound telephone calls Perform other office tasks as needed Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish and English Previous experience in law office as legal assistant. Proficient in Word and familiar with One Drive (cloud filing system) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills Company Description A Small Sized Commercial Litigation Law Firm Located in Boca Raton, Florida.
