Office Administrator
Accentuate Staffing
Accentuate Staffing is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily front office operations and provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources department. The Temporary Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while ensuring efficient reception area operations. This individual will also provide clerical and organizational support to the HR team, contributing to the smooth and effective functioning of administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, document management, and record organization
- Assist with general office duties and special projects as needed
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
Requirements:
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
