Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and consultations with patients to gain insight into their physical symptoms and overall health status.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain.
• Educate patients and their families on effective therapeutic exercise techniques and safe usage of rehabilitation equipment, such as walkers and wheelchairs, ensuring they feel confident in managing their care.
• Administer targeted treatments, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic modalities, and functional exercises to facilitate healing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, carefully tracking milestones to measure improvement.
• Provide guidance on at-home care strategies and rehabilitation exercises, enabling patients to continue their recovery outside of therapy sessions.

As a Physical Therapist with Dynamic Care Psychotherapy, you will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from elderly patients with mobility challenges to children requiring developmental support. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state physical therapy license to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits
