Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions to address a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to relationship difficulties, anxiety, trauma, depression, and transitions in life.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Document clinical interactions meticulously, maintaining accuracy, compliance with ethical guidelines, and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
