Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a thorough understanding of their backgrounds and needs.

• Manage all administrative tasks punctually, including billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans aimed at assisting patients in maintaining stable functioning.

• Create effective discharge plans that transition patients from active therapy to independent management of their mental health needs.

• Maintain strict adherence to federal and state laws, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring ethical and compliant practice.

• Commit to your professional development by participating in training sessions and continuing education to enhance your skills.

• Engage in regular case consultations and agency meetings to share insights and collaborate with colleagues.

• Complete all required licensing renewals and mandatory training to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications\n
