Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to gather critical insights into their therapeutic needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions based on the unique requirements and goals of each client.

• Conduct regular progress evaluations and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal treatment effectiveness.

• Engage in collaborative consultation with healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance patient care and service accessibility.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in line with departmental standards.

• Utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The outpatient setting allows you to provide consistent care and build meaningful therapeutic relationships over time. Your expertise will help clients navigate their mental health journeys, empowering them to implement coping strategies and develop resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in outpatient therapy services.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Ability to manage a caseload of 10 to 40 client sessions per week, adapting to client needs and scheduling requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
