** The Atlantic Group has partnered with a large advertising firm in the Fairfield, NJ area. They have an immediate need for an Accounts Payable professional to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role that’s no less than 3 months. This company is consistently ranked one of the greatest places to work!**
Job Title : Accounts Payable (A/P)
Work Requirement : 5 Days/Week In-Office Required (8:30AM-5:30PM)
Job Responsibilities:
-Assisting with high volume of invoices in Oracle Fusion
-Process check requests
-Assist in month end closing
-Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
-Perform other duties and ad hoc reporting as assigned
** Qualifications: **
-Associate's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
-Accounts payable experience
-Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is a plus
Ability to review and organize data in Excel
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Organized and detail-oriented
