About the Role You'll be at the heart of our finance department, ensuring smooth and accurate payments to our suppliers and vendors, which helps keep everything running seamlessly. Even with automated systems in place, we value your insights on further improving processes to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities Handle high‑volume invoice matching and processing, coordinate invoice discrepancies in SAP, ensuring accurate accounts payable records. Maintain the shared mailbox and address any queries, liaising with creditors and the team to keep everything on track. Reconcile creditor statements, identify discrepancies, and resolve them with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure domestic, foreign and BPAY payment runs are executed on time. About You Attention to detail, spotting discrepancies or errors that others might miss. Minimum four years in Accounts Payable/Finance, preferably in a high‑volume manufacturing or heavy equipment environment. A problem solver with strong relationships with buyers and suppliers. A team player who collaborates closely with the Finance team and other departments. A proactive communicator who does not shy away from reaching out to resolve queries. Tech‑savvy: proficient with ERP systems (SAP highly regarded), Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) AP automation, Concur and Excel.
