Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions that address various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, ensuring a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers to enhance clients’ therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation that fulfills ethical and legal requirements while supporting continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
