Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bright View, you will:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage connection, dialogue, and experiential learning among clients.

• Conduct individualized therapy to address clients' unique thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns, developing tailored coping strategies and action plans.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to establish goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and aspirations.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress using various assessment tools and structured feedback mechanisms.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and address complex client cases effectively, ensuring comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30 participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity issues, and transitional stressors. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing hope and facilitating paths towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current LPC licensure in the state of Texas is required.

• A strong commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and personal growth.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have experience in mental health settings, particularly working with young adults or adolescent populations. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be advantageous. Experience in collaborative treatment approaches and multidisciplinary team settings is also highly desirable.
