Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy plans and treatment strategies.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, groups, couples, and families using a variety of evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance holistic care for clients, sharing insights and collaborating on treatment approaches.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health treatments and technologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
