Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve diverse populations experiencing a range of mental health conditions, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• A solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health issues, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, facilitating their engagement and progress in therapy.

• Strong communication skills that promote effective collaboration within multidisciplinary treatment teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient or similarly relevant setting.
