Executive Assistant (Personal Assistant with Bookkeeping Exposure) - Miami, FL

Overview Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant to support a driven executive involved in real estate development, construction, and management of multiple personal properties. This role focuses on financial organization and executive support across both personal and business matters. The environment is fast paced with a high level of expectation, so consistency, attention to detail, and follow-through are critical. What You'll Do Handle bookkeeping for personal and property-related finances (expenses, payments, reconciliations, tracking) Maintain organized and accurate financial records with full discretion Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines across multiple priorities Provide ongoing reminders and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Assist with general administrative and personal assistant tasks Help keep day-to-day operations organized and on track What We're Looking For 10+ years of relevant bookkeeping and/or assistant experience Strong bookkeeping experience (real estate/property experience is a plus) Construction industry experience is a strong plus Extremely organized and detail-oriented Able to manage multiple responsibilities without losing track Proactive and consistent — you stay ahead of things Comfortable working with a fast-paced, high-expectation executive Able to take direction without taking things personally Sharp, quick-thinking, and resourceful Professional, discreet, and reliable Strong communication skills and a good sense of humor #J-18808-Ljbffr
