Talent Acquisition Operations and Systems Specialist

Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Operations & Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational infrastructure behind Nava’s Talent Acquisition function. This role focuses on:

• Recruiting systems operations
• Workflow governance
• Reporting integrity
• Dashboard support
• Pipeline operations
• Scalable recruiting processes across the organization

This person will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of Nava’s recruiting workflows and reporting structure within Greenhouse while supporting operational consistency across Talent Acquisition, Staffing, and Hiring teams. Success in this role means:

• Maintaining accurate and trusted recruiting data
• Improving workflow efficiency
• Supporting operational reporting and dashboards
• Identifying process gaps before they become larger issues
• Helping Talent Acquisition scale through operational discipline and systems integrity

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, Talent Systems, HR Operations, or related operational roles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of professional experience and training

Requirements

• Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, HR Operations, Talent Systems, or related operational experience in fast-paced or scaling environments
• Experience supporting recruiting workflows and ATS operations within Greenhouse and similar ATS platforms
• Experience building, auditing, or supporting recruiting reports, dashboards, or operational metrics
• Experience identifying workflow gaps and improving operational processes
• Strong systems-thinking and operational problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational initiatives simultaneously
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Operations, Operations teams, or business stakeholders

Desired Skills

• Experience with recruiting analytics, workflow governance, or operational reporting
• Experience supporting Greenhouse implementations, workflow redesigns, or recruiting process optimization
• Familiarity with Jira, dashboard tools, reporting platforms, or workflow documentation systems
• Experience supporting operational change management initiatives
• Experience with recruiting compliance audits or process governance
• Experience supporting sourcing, coordinator, recruiter, or pipeline operations workflows
• Strong process documentation and operational training skills
• Experience working in consulting, government modernization, digital services, or mission-driven organizations

Compensation

$110,000 — $120,000 USD

Other Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to meet any other requirements for government contracts for which candidates are hired
• Work authorization that doesn’t require visa sponsorship, now or in the future
• May be subject to a government background check or security clearance, depending on the contract
