Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you will be placed in a mix of 1:1 and classroom assignments, providing essential support to educators and making an impactful difference in the daily learning experience of students. With 32.5 hours per week during regular school hours, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team—with schedules running from 7:10am to 2:10pm and a 30-minute lunch break.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a school setting is required
- High school diploma or equivalent (no additional certifications or higher education needed)
- Ability to furnish three professional references, including one from your most recent manager, before interviewing
- Strong communication skills and a caring, adaptable attitude
- Commitment to engaging with a diverse student population
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group assistance to students as directed by classroom teachers
- Support behavioral, social, and academic needs of students, ensuring a positive learning environment
- Help maintain classroom structure and organization
- Communicate effectively with teachers and staff regarding student progress
- Uphold school policies while fostering inclusion and respect among students
